Il 31 marzo è scaduto il termine ultimo di presentazione degli elaborati per partecipare al Concorso nazionale per le scuole, dedicato a Chiara Lubich.

«Una città non basta»: è un punto forte del pensiero di Chiara Lubich, che ispira non solo il Concorso Nazionale per le Scuole di ogni ordine e grado, giunto ormai alla sua quinta edizione, ma anche progetti che interpellano Enti e istituzioni politiche a vari livelli, nazionali e internazionali.

“Do not remember the former things, or consider the things of old. I am about to do a new thing.” (Is 43:18-19)
In the commentary on the Word of Life "Do not remember the things of the past, do not think of the old things anymore! Behold, I am doing something new" (Is 43, 18-19) of March 2004, Chiara Lubich places the emphasis on the possibility for every man and every woman, if in relationship with God, to be active instruments in a renewed society. "It is Jesus himself," says Chiara, "who lives and works in us, and, through us, in all things. It is He who renews our relationships with others: in the family, in school, at work... It is He who regenerates, through us, social life, the world of culture, leisure, healthcare, economics, politics..., in all the sectors of society we are involved with".
