Dearest all,
prompted by different circumstances we came up with the idea to live a Word of Life every month. We feel that this practice is also suggested by the upcoming festivity that all Christians await with joy: Christmas.

We would like it to be as regular as possible and wish to seriously commit our will to it. In this very important celebration we would like to seal our faithfulness to God by offering something concrete. We feel that He appreciates nothing other than the total offering of our heart to Him, so that He may impress on it His image and physiognomy, so that His life may be imprinted on it.

The Gospel shows us how Jesus has a way of reasoning, loving and wanting all of His own, unique and so superior to the way of living, also of us Christians, that for all eras He will be able to make people extract “something” from the Gospel that will be useful to humanity of that era; and from century to century that “something” will appear so new and revolutionary as if it were nearly ignored before. Now we would like to make this way that Jesus lived our own.

To reach this goal, nothing seems more appropriate than, from time to time, to rinse our soul in the Gospel. What will follow is that we will resemble Jesus always more.

And what more splendid and concrete way for Him to be born again in us – for the benefit of humanity – in order to celebrate Christmas?

It will be a continuous Christmas throughout the whole year and beyond.

We are certain that God will appreciate our efforts and we are happy in thinking that, in so much darkness which overshadows the world, in so much confusion and hallucination produced by false ideologies that deceive people and threaten to tear also some portions of the Mystical Body to pieces, nothing can be more effective than to bring back the Gospel-based light alive in us and around us.

If God spoke in Jesus we must have faith that those Words contain the fire which He mentioned and the divine explosive to conquer the world.
